What changed

add loading visual as index is downloading
change text on bottom of the results from 1 to 10 of 35 pages to 1 to 10 of 35 results
re-add vue import to base.html.j2
re-add event listeners to navigation.html.j2
fix build error
fix broken attack object url (remove extra /)
add min-height to body to prevent the footer from floating up if there is not enough content on the page
