Can you also change the lookup in the parse_groups function to switch from looking for "groups" to looking for "capability_groups"? That should fix the website build

@emeth1 did you see the note from @allisonrobbins above? I'm confused because the build is already passing... but I don't want to merge unless you're both sure that it's ready.

Will do. I'll change the terminology from group to capability_group across the file, if that works for you.
