What changed

NIST version 14.1 moved to the top
MITRE ATT&CK and CTID links added
changing versions on NIST works correctly
assorted requested text changes
None mapping_types changed across the board to non_mappable
VERIS capability_descriptions added where there weren't any
Capability non_mappable table fixed
change order of csv and excel columns
