UUID/ID of the security control #143

Will you add UUID/ID of the security control ? I would like to use it in MISP and CyCAT.org. Thank you very much.

Hi @adulau ,

Thanks for reaching out. In regards to the UUID/ID, are there existing UUID/ID assignments for the controls (released by Microsoft), I performed a quick search and wasn't able to find any? Or are you proposing, as part of this project, that we generate unique identifiers for the controls that we have mapped?

Hi @nickamon Thanks for the feedback. Yes I would propose that your project generates unique identifiers. That would be awesome and also help you in case of renaming.
