Put the intro text up top ahead of the table of contents so that users know what they are looking at before scrolling through the TOC.
Update the page heading to something that is more complete for the project like “Security Stack Mappings – Microsoft Azure” or “Microsoft Azure Security Stack Mappings to MITRE ATT&CK”
I propose to refine the HTML view of the mappings that we create to be a bit more user friendly.
