Bad request token call #3

1. I've uploaded the packaged php files + oauth php file into a directory   
2. I've declared the app in developer.linkedin.com
3. I've update the file linkedin_2.1.0.class with my API key/secret
4. I've launched the demo.2.1.0.php

I receive a Bad request token call

This issue was resolved with the latest version of the library.  It was related 
to cURL sending POST data with nothing in the POSTFIELDS; on some servers, it 
was defaulting the content-type to the incorrect format, have now set the 
content-type for this scenario explicitly.
