Integrate UHD measurement code with web gui

Code has been added through #23 to do (frequency switched) measurements with the USRP N210. This needs to be integrated with the GUI and rest of app. For clarity, I start a new ticket for this, and close the old one. I imagine we need to

[ ] Create some "measurement" struct or similar which should contain data (amp vs freq) and metadata (obs date, int time, freq, mode: switched/signal, target object, target coordinates, offset, VLSR correction for HI, bandwidth, median window filtered flag... possibly more)
[ ] Enable GUI controls to set all relevant parameters
[ ] Enable GUI to start measurement and store result in said structure
[ ] Unit tests?

FYI: Made some progress, can click "Integrate" to start taking data. But cannot stop it ;). Code not pushed yet, will tinker more, just heads up that work is ongoing.

Basically fixed in 4941fe9fc786732c72d5f69cbe78fcffdf7e2b34. Can be improved, but that's for other tickets.
