"slug" is a clunky term #2

We're using slug to refer to the name field on the data package spec. This was intended to sound clearer for people not familiar with the spec's distinction of title and name.

We can either:

find a better word (e.g. identifier, but I'm not sure it's a good use of that term)
clarify the purpose of this field in the help text

Until a better term comes up, we're sticking with slug -- marking WONTFIX for now
