TLD Import & Pricing Sync problem

Hi I get a problem regarding TLD Import & Pricing Sync, After click Sync button and wait a few minutes, there is nothing happend. domain.com/admin/index.php?rp=/admin/utilities/tools/tldsync/import

after checking the log information, it looks there is something wrong could you please help me with it ?

thanks for addressing again. @h9k the zone must always be without a dot. So, basically a little patch left. That's at least how it is with brand hexonet - some zones processed fine, so just my 2 cents.
