Portfolio section: Autobiography

E-portfolio Autobiography section lists items as follows:

Add new item:

Content type, dropdown: Researchers' diary, answer to task
Connected task - list of tasks visible for current user + defined portfolio section
If item is connected to task, display list of tasks (radio button, with link to task, open in new window)
If item is connected to task, display Rate this task options (4 items)
