Installation and pytables #24

I had an issue with the installation described at http://ecogenomics.github.io/GroopM/ which says to use pip to install pytables version 3.1.1.

Everything broke after a system update that installed libhdf5 version 10.

I removed that version and installed pytables using apt-get and groopm appears to work now.
