generation of escalations.cfg not correct with multiple pollers #1036

With multiple pollers the generation of escalations does not show all hostgroups. possible solution include as a diff (version centreon_2.2.0) bug in genEscalations.php

Hi Sylvestre Ho,

For as I can see, that patch is correct. It gives the modification that works for me.

FYI. I don't know if it matches all possible configurations. (mixed hostgroups and hosts in the escalation etc). But there were two major fixes.. The SQL queries to insert the correct escalations, and a bug in the keys for the hgHostGenerated array (changed somewhere from hg_id to the hg_name with the new version 2.2.0)
