"Action URL" translated in a wrong/bad encoding in PagerDuty

Hello,

I use Centreon for monitoring, and i send Centreon alerts to my PagerDuty account, the problem is that i mention some URL in the "SERVICE --> Extended Info --> Action URL" and when PagerDuty recieve the alert, the link is badly displayed with a bad encoding, here is an example :

Action URL in Centreon : https://test.url.com Link displayed by PagerDuty: https%3A%2F%2Ftest.url.com%2F

I cannot use "SERVICENOTES" because its already used for another purpose.

Any idea please ?

Hi @SkanderRedjel what do you use to forward Centreon alerts to PagerDuty? Maybe you need to improve the script to encode correctly URL
