Hi @wackou72 do you have the same errors with the isssue #7000?
Hi @lpinsivy , the issue is not exactly the same, my issue is on the reporting dashboard, not on the Hard State Duration
Hi
Hi, Same issue for me on v2.8.24
What is strange is that if i select, for a host, a report
I don't really understand.
Is that bug still under investigation ?
Hello, If I remember, I changed something regarding the DB memory. Because the internal process take too much time to calculate the status. Try to search on the git. Regards
Hello @lpinsivy
The bug is still their since the upgrade to 20.04.
When changing the file /etc/my.cnf.d/centreon.cnf
and removing these two lines :
# For 8 Go Ram
innodb_additional_mem_pool_size=1G
innodb_buffer_pool_size=1G
Then I got the exact situation, reporting are not calculated and I need to rebuild manually.
I understand that these options were deprecated, but how this can be solved ?
Have a nice day.
Regards.
Hello @lpinsivy This is the same error as #7837 Any news about this ? Regards
it doesnt feel good when the events only are dated back to august.
It seems that this error is still not corrected. Is there any reply from CENTREON Devs ?
Hi, there.
I have this undetermined status issue since 18.x and I decided to create a brand new installation from the 21.04.0 ova image. I got only the native central server host collecting this whole week and it cannot get yesterday's status.
could this be related to my timezone or location?

Description
When seeing the reporting dashboard, I have some hosts with the UNDERTIMENIED status. Checking direcly the host events logs, everything is fine. Dashboard reporting is empty on some days, this can explain the issue. Running the following command rebuild the data and everything is working as expected :
/usr/share/centreon/cron/eventReportBuilder -r /usr/share/centreon/cron/dashboardBuilder -r
See attached file for example, also output.txt for the history of the command to rebuild data.
