100% CPU and centreon issue after configure ldap and try to import user #8680

Hi all, i configured ldap to import user and after that centreon keep take 100% cpu from service rh-php72-php-fpm (i create contact template too)

After configure ldap if i reenter in ldap configuration, ldap server address no more show: image

if i try to restart poller i receive this error: image

i start receiving alot of this error and status bar not showing anymore: image

if i stop service rh-php72-php-fpm cpu usage come back to 5% im not able to revert back centreon to fully working, can you help me?

Hi all, i notice that cpu spice increase alot when im logged into centreon after i logoff cpu spike come back to normal. If i try to change user settings field "Linked to Contact Groups" are no more configurable

How can i fix it?

Also restarting php not resolve issue

Hi all, Administration > Parameters > LDAP if you search in LDAP Server field it goes to General options and it blanks all configuration

i revert back all config and came back normal now

Hi @R00T88 can you follow the issue template and give us the Centreon version do you used?

Can you clean your browser cache because it look like some component are not correctly loaded?

@lpinsivy Centreon version 20.04

It happend before click search button on Administration > Parameters > LDAP as reported before. It blank all configuration

Your form have a problem and I suppose it's a browser cache problem. Di you try to configure your LDAP using private navigation?

@lpinsivy same issue in private mode. you can test it doing a search on Administration > Parameters > LDAP and you redirect to global option with blank configuration

I just got exactly the same issue - only 'fix' was to restore from last night's backup
