ACW not working #8681

Hello sorry for my english a few days ago my centreon started with a problem...

Every time that I want to put a service or host as acknowledge is not working

Rarely because before it was working without any problem...

Can anybody help me

What are the rights on the centcore external command file ? ls -l /var/lib/centreon/centcore.cmd

You need to add some rights on this file : chmod 664 /var/lib/centreon/centcore.cmd

Furthermore, it seems you've reached max service concurrent checks (600), you should increase the max threshold in Engine configuration (configuration > poller > engine configuration | optimization tab), or add a new poller (https://docs.centreon.com/current/en/installation/installation-of-a-poller/using-centreon-iso.html)

I have made that change but nothing happened since my problem start on my centreon dashboard started to apperead the following alarm

Hi @dchicco-giga can you try to change the users rights:

chown -R centreon:centreon chmod 664 /var/lib/centreon

Then restart centcore process:

systemctl restart centcore

Moreover, please update your platform because Centreon 18.10.x is no more supported since the release of Centreon 20.04
