Hello,
If you have to use audit (for security or organizational reasons), all object operations via clapi operations have to log to audit. CLAPI 1.8 for example let you del/add contactgroups for a service without logging to audit.
Therefore these operations can not be used, if you need a complete history of changes. (ITIL,...)
Please add auditing to all relevant operations, in case auditing is enabled!
