Hello,

Is there a way to manage BAM-downtime with CLAPI ? if not.. is it a planned evolution for the next version of clapi?

Hello,

There is two way to manage that :

one is by automatically inherit downtime from services on KPI (using the corresponding services) so it manages recurring & one shot downtime without modifying CLAPI
the other way is to implement the downtime on BA (one shot & recurring) using CLAPI

We would prefer to implement the first solution cause it's more logical and you don't have a double management to do with CLAPI (services & BA) but only one.

Do you have a feedback on that first solution, does it meet your needs ?

Hello, thank you for the replay, Yes The first one is a good solution, but it is not working now in BAM, have you an idea if it will implemented in the next version of BAM ?

Yes it's not working yet but we will work on that in short terms cause you're not the first making that feedback.

I ll get to you as soon as I have release information concerning that new feature.

Hi, it ll be included in the futur version of Centreon BAM(3.5.0) and will be managed by downtime inheritance (using Centreon Broker). here is the issue linked to that request.

This ticket can be close I guess, you can follow the other one.(Broker)
