Description from commands or macros are missing #365

Hi,

during the export various descriptions are lost.

Command configured.

GUI: image

Clapi export result: image

Import result: image

The problem are the missing descriptions which are not exported by the CLAPI. This occurs at commands as well as host templates (macros)
