Fix: keeps interrensing entries #38

Does not delete OK entries, while an alarm is waiting in cache. Because there is no more free slot.

Do you have an use case to reproduce ? (with command snmptrap).

Hi,

I do not have an example with the snmptrap command.

1) But if you take the Traps, linkUp / LinkDown. 2) You make a slot of 2 or 3. 3) You sent 4 LinkDown (CRTITCAL) Traps on 4 different interfaces. 4) Then you send a LinkUp (OK) on the 4th interface, the latter will be automatically removed from the dsm cache table.
