BUG REPORT INFORMATION

Centreon Web version:

Centreon 19.04.3

Centreon Engine version:

Centreon Engine 19.04.1

OS: Centos CES Centreon

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. I logged in Centreon
  2. I reached the Meta-Service settings
  3. And I create a Meta-Service with a contact for notification
  4. I recharge the central
  5. And I force Meta-Service on Error
  6. I didn't receive notification in my mailbox

Are you sure that your meta-service is in non-OK HARd state to generate notification?
