New year, new HA.

Now the HA uses now the GTID replication and a new mariadb-centreon ocf script to avoid some issue that we can get since MariaDB 10.5.

This new HA is not compatible at all with MySQL for the moment.

All the feature/wip:

• new mariadb-centreon ocf script ;
• change in sync-big-db.sh to use GTID ;
• sudoers file only accept to restart mariadb from systems ;
