[apps::vmware::connector::plugin] --mode=datastore-snapshot: UNKNOWN, timeout #4498

We have the problem that on a vCenter this mode produce a UNKNOWN error, because the plugin is going into a timeout. All other modes and checks on the same vCenter are working fine and are respondig very fast. image

On the same vCenter snapshot-age is working in 1,5 seconds.

That mode can take time to execute. Have you tried on command line with a higher timeout ?

It's strange, at the moment its working and needs <1sec for response. No idea why. I will check it next week and update you asap

We have some of this cases, but actually we are not able to understand the problem.
