[network::ubiquiti::unifi::snmp::plugin] Ubiquiti UniFi PRO (UAP-Pro) - "cpu" and "disks" modes do not work #5230

Hello

For Ubiquiti UniFi PRO (UAP-Pro) access points, the "cpu" and "disks" modes do not work.

# ./centreon_plugins.pl --plugin=network::ubiquiti::unifi::snmp::plugin --mode=cpu --hostname=AP001 
--snmp-version=2с --snmp-community=public

UNKNOWN: SNMP Table Request: Cant get a single value.
# ./centreon_plugins.pl --plugin=network::ubiquiti::unifi::snmp::plugin --mode=disks --hostname=AP001 
--snmp-version=2c --snmp-community=public
