Ctor-875 : enh(datadomain::plugin): add/rename modes #5243

Description

Breaking change (need to change command configurations):

change the path: storage::emc::DataDomain::snmp::plugin (instead of storage::emc::DataDomain::plugin)
renamed mode filesystem-usage to filesystems
renamed mode replication to replications
created a specific mode to list filesystems: list-filesystems (before it was inside filesystem-usage)
change filter option for mode filesystems: only need a --filter-fs-name option

Add modes: process, mtrees and cleaning
