Help configuring sip accounts to Siphon #499

Hello again

I need help configuring sip accounts. i have tried using voipbuster, voipstunt, 
and freecall. when i make a account and hook up the information to siphon, it 
says unavailable and i would make a call.

Please Help

yes i looked at it but i got a number from ipkall and an account from
voipbuster, but i need to connect them together to work on Siphon
