Remove opinionated stylesheets and add stock Bitters #65

Not sure if you had an opinion already on how this should be structured. I've kept the mixins and our screen.scss and the base directory structure, but Bitters uses a base stylesheet in the directory itself.

I actually meant remove all additional Sass files and merely run bitters install into the styles directory here. I have updated the #53 with tasks to better explain my goal.
