Summary of the changes:

Receive debt component is removed, replaced by a source dropdown when financing assets that specifies either the onchain reserve or 1 of the offchain cash assets
Charging fees is batched with finance/repay transactions (1 or more per tx)
Support for interest/unscheduled repayments is added

Tasks

[ ] Remove receive debt component
[ ] Update borrow component to match new spec
[ ] Update repay component to match new spec

Note: "Assets Detail View Changes" will be tackled in a later ticket.
