Runtime Apis for investment logic.

how much somebody has invested into an investment
- this should be - outstanding collection of tranche tokens + holding of account of tranche tokens
orders
- current active order of an account for a given tranche
outstanding collection on a given tranche token
- investments
- redeemptions
