New layout and UI, new Getting Started section, various content updates

This PR releases a new version of our docs and is scoped to implementing new layout and UI + new Getting Started section content. More changes to User and Developer sections as well as refinements to Getting Started content will come in further PRs (which will be more consistent and smaller than this behemoth!)

New layout, structure, and UI
Lots of new content for Getting Started section to more simply introduce Centrifuge (our mission, products, external resources, glossary).
New layout and structure + some new content for Developer docs from @hieronx
Edits, updates, and reorganization for previously existing content in former "Learn" and "Getting Started" sections.
Moved most pool-related material to User section; edited introduction guide (which will be prominent in User) to make it more up to date for both legacy Tinlake related pools as well as Centrifuge Chain pools.
Organizes "user" section into subfolders (not "developer" section for now). These sections will be edited (likely splitting out content into a few more pages), but that is out of the scope for this PR.
Removes outdated /faq/ section; redirects to first getting started page now
- CFG Ethereum bridge edits from @annamehr
Various other content updates across all sections to remove anything outdated
Adds redirects for changed content and changed navigation structure
