feat: add password field #30

Add the password field.

Field accepts:

defaultValue
defaultShow (whether the password defaults to visible)
id (links label and input)
name (for submit)
onChange (passed from form, called with name, value, and valid)
validate (currently a function that validates the value and returns a boolean)
placeholder

Clicking the show/hide button shows or hides the content, respectively.
