Closes #35 chore: remove ramda and add sanctuary to dependencies #36

Removed Ramda and Ramda-Adjunct and added Sanctuary and Sanctuary-Def to dependencies. Also changed the files to not use Ramda. Added two utility functions isEmpty and isNil and added corresponding tests.
