System version update notifier #31

A simple update notifier those with system version (CM Users) so it is easier 
to stay current with latest.

Of course that could be turned off at the users choice.

The easiest way would be to download the latest CM6 nightly from 
http://mirror.kanged.net/cm/nightly/dream_sapphire/ Which /should/ include the 
latest version (It just depends on when the latest was released).

This would have to be included in Rom Manager I suppose?
