License check always called ApplicationError if using WIFI since updated from 
22.6.3.v201404151837-1123206 to the latest 23.0.2.1259578 (no problem if using 
internet data).

for 22.6.3.v201404151837-1123206 and below, works great without any problem 
both of internet data or wifi.

Eclipse SDK

Version: 3.7.2
Build id: M20120208-0800

Please check this issues... this is big issues.
