SAR: Relax metadata format requirements in 2.1 #25

SAR Req. 1.2 says:

As threshold, but metadata is formatted in accordance with CEOS-ARD SAR Metadata Specifications, v.1.0, or in a community endorsed standard that facilitates machine-readability, such as ISO 19115-2, Climate and Forecast (CF) convention and the Attribute Convention for Data Discovery (ACDD), etc.

SAR Req. 2.1 says:

As threshold, but metadata is formatted in accordance with CEOS-ARD SAR Metadata Specifications, v.1.0.

Why is this different?

I think it could make sense to update SAR Req 2.1 to use the terminology of 1.2.

Thanks for pointing this out. It is an oversight from our side. Will revise SAR Req 2.1 to use the terminology of 1.2 in the next (dot) update of the SAR PFS.

And by the way, Matthias - thanks for tagging me. Please continue doing so for any SAR labeled topic. I've also copied in @johntruckenbrodt who also will be helpful in developing the SAR STAC profice
