Solar Zenith Angle (2.16) in NLSR asks to "provide solar zenith angle", but it is not 100% clear to me whether that's meant to be an average value or a per-pixel value for threshold.
The opening paragraph of section 2 states: “Whether the metadata are provided in a single record relevant to all pixels or separately for each pixel is at the discretion of the data provider”
