Many of the mainstream Linux distributions like Debian and Ubuntu switched to Systemd as their default init-system as a replacement for SysVInit (or Upstart) 2-3 years ago.
This PR adds sample configuration files for those that want to manage celery with systemctl/Systemd. Instructions on how to install these configuration files have been included in docs/ui-install.md.
