Epochs reversed in TransactionViewer #12

The Epoch slider in the TransactionViewer reverses the true epoch order. So, 
for example the latest epoch is labeled '0' on the slider and is left-most, 
while the earlies epoch is right-most and has the highest number.

This was a mistake. The labels on the slider do correspond with the local 
peer's reconciliation number.
