RelationsDataPanel has a permanently disabled 'Provenance' button. #16

The RelationsDataPanel is accessed through the Relations tab by clicking on a 
particular relation. It shows the contents of the relation. Below this table 
is a greyed-out button labeled 'Provenance' and nothing seems to cause this 
button to be activated.

I believe the intention is that the button should be activated when a row is 
selected and that pressing the button should switch to the ProvenanceViewer 
which would display the provenance graph for the selected tuple.

This is just a case of the button's action never being implemented. The 
intention was 
as described in the first comment.
