Graph layouts need refinement #18

The visual layouts of the provenance graphs and all of the legend graphs 
could stand further refinement. The provenance graph tends to extend beyond 
the bounds of its pane. The legend graphs either do no line up correctly or 
the vertices are poorly spaced.
