Add `underscore` as devDependencies #74

Is underscore-amd same as underscore? I'm kind of new to javascript and not sure about it. But as I tried in a CentOS 6.5 box, after running make dist, I still need to install underscore to run grunt build in dashboard directory.

So make build-real is for building deployable modules? Do I need to make dist first?
