Add yum / yum-epel dep to readme #212

Also remove apt from the integration group in the berksfile since it's already in the metadata.rb file

Seems to be pretty simple.

If I'm not wrong, we was loading cookbook apt cookbook to be sure to have a apt-get update at the beginning of the run. But this may be useless now

@guilhem Apt is in fact being used, but it's in the metadata so there's no need to include it in the berksfile as well.
