Describe the bug

The pull request template of this repository contains broken links that point to files in a non-existing develbranch.

Environment details

none.

Steps to reproduce

  1. create a pull request.
  2. click links in resulting P1R.
  3. See File not found error

Actual results

file not found error trying to open links in PR.

Expected behavior

Links in PR should work.
