A warning for:

collocating a mon and an osd in the same host

And errors for:

two monitors on the same host (!) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1313935

seems like we already warn on more than one monitor on the host, but we say it is "multiple mon dirs found", and this ticket wanted to make that condition an error.

Should we update this to error and change the messaging to complain about this?
