[ ] @Thingee Set up and configure analytics for the Ceph.io website
[ ] @Pete-Robelou Implement analytics snippet. Note: We'll only want to include this for the production site, so should be able to leverage the isProduction flag implemented in #161

Let's use a non-google option that doesn't contribute to user surveillance

Ah, sure thing. No problem — we'd seen GA raised a way back as the suggested platform.

Happy to go with an alternative 🙂 Have seen some privacy-focused sites use Fathom too, though it's a paid service ($14/m).
