Use the name of a ceph release here, rather than the general name "nested".

This will allow us to add more repos (ceph releases) here to match what happens on download.ceph.com.

I chose a generic, non-ceph name to avoid being out of date when jewel is EOL. Does it matter now (and will it matter when it is EOL?) If you are fine with not changing it further then that is fine with me too

It doesn't matter strongly to me... My next PR adds "luminous", and I think there's some value in using real (or semi-real) data
