I cant get the rebind command to work #11

When ever it try to rebind a key it just says that it an unknow command dose it need to be in the command line of the game or the chat box and what is the command exactly?

is it work to copy the example to the chat box? if you get a "unknow command" message with green "SYSTEM" logo, it means a wrong spell. And, red one means others...
