Resource consumption during construction #4

I would like to know from the author of the mod. No resources are spent during construction, is that how it should be? Or is work still in progress?

It should consume resources for what you build, just provide a convenient test for now. I think it will be update before next major feature, maybe after the current todo list or earlier. It will become an independent system to store your resource to avoid the case of the huge resource much more than your bag. And, maybe need a little development work.
