Pre-update 4 cables are unselectable for blueprints #40

I noticed that newly placed cables were unselectable when selecting parts for a design. Later, I noticed that they are if the cable was placed before a certain update but I have no idea which update causes the problem (in my case, the cables that work date back to December 2020 or earlier if that can help). If someone knows which update causes this problem, you could answer this post so that the dev reading this message has an easier time fixing the bug. Thank you.

I just found out that cables I placed yesterday are selectable so I have no idea what causes this issue.
