Crashes instant when...

Could it be that i have to many miners and belts from bam? And 1000 items per slot?

Im pretty sure the mod was not updated for Update 6 so that's probably why The mod was unstable even on 5 but my workaround on 5 was to create a schematic with 2 floor, copy and past it and then start/edit a new schematic most of the time it would correct the issue that make me crash

You can try my solution and see if it works on U6 or sadly you need to uninstall skyline and find an alternative until it is update, but the mod seems to be abandoned

Or install Update 5 and restart a play through
